Replace shingles on roof. 3066.58 surface area of shingles. Vents will be replaced, and a few more turtle vents will be added to keep everything up to code. The drip edge will be a white color to match the trim that is currently there. I do plan on painting some trim and outer parts of the house this year in the same color that they currently are.
We will be using Malarkey Vista class 4 shingle in the Midnight Black color option.
