Summer Meet Up

Please note that we will be cancelling the March 30th HOA meeting in accordance with the stay-at-home guidelines currently in place in Colorado.  Additionally, it is likely that we will need to postpone the April 25th Annual Meeting. Please stay tuned for more information on that. 

The next Dutch Creek HOA Board Meeting will be held February 15 at 8:30pm on Zoom. Please contact us if you are interested in attending so we can send you the Zoom link.

There are no board meetings scheduled in November or December. The next Dutch Creek HOA Board Meeting will be held January 16 at 7:30pm on Zoom. Please contact us if you are interested in attending so we can send you the Zoom link.

Please remember that the annual dues for DCV Master Association are due April 1, 2022 (TODAY).  Dues information is available here (https://www.dutchcreekhoa.com/master-association/annual-dues/).

Filing I & II Residents:We received notification from Waste Connections that they still plan to pick up trash today (Feb 17); however, it may be delayed. Filing III residents’ trash service is not connected to this same account, so this message is only referencing trash collection for homes in Filing I and Filing II.
