Please remember that Master’s Association payments are due on 4/1. Any payments not *received* by this date will be considered delinquent. In observance of Independence Day, Monday July 4th, Waste Connections will be servicing all residential customers on a one-day delay this week, so Filing I & II homes will be serviced on Friday, July 8th.
Filing I & II Residents:We received notification from Waste Connections that they still plan to pick up trash today (Feb 17); however, it may be delayed. Filing III residents’ trash service is not connected to this same account, so this message is only referencing trash collection for homes in Filing I and Filing II.
Please be aware that a company is planning to install fiber to provide high-speed internet service in the future. The notes from a meeting with that company are available here.
