A resident recently witnessed two individuals on bicycles who appeared to be taking pictures of the inside of cars parked along the street within Dutch Creek Village. The DCV Board announced at the Annual Meeting that residents would be asked to sign a Covid-19 waiver before having their pool key card activated.
