A resident recently witnessed two individuals on bicycles who appeared to be taking pictures of the inside of cars parked along the street within Dutch Creek Village. Project update – Oct 11, 2011
A contract has been signed with Goodland Construction, Inc of Golden, CO for this next phase of improvements. Financing for the construction is in place with Vector Bank. Construction could start as early as October 24, 2011. Click here to view images the Improvement Plan.
