Project update – Oct 11, 2011
A contract has been signed with Goodland Construction, Inc of Golden, CO for this next phase of improvements. Financing for the construction is in place with Vector Bank. Construction could start as early as October 24, 2011. Click here to view images the Improvement Plan.

There are some advertising opportunities that we would like to offer to Dutch Creek Village residents before moving onto advertisers outside of the neighborhood.
