A resident recently witnessed two individuals on bicycles who appeared to be taking pictures of the inside of cars parked along the street within Dutch Creek Village. We have extended the deadline for submitting your Master Association Assessment invoice this year. With widespread unemployment, and financial uncertainty we felt it prudent to allow an additional 90 days for payment. The new due date for this years assessment is July 1, 2020.
